- The Birdie is suitable for children between the ages of 3 and 8 years old.
- The weight limit of the rider is 110lbs (50kg).
- Protective equipment must be worn when riding. This includes a helmet, shoes with rubber soles, and wrist, elbow, and knee pads.
- Check and secure all fasteners before every ride.
- Help your child feel comfortable by practicing first to gain control of the vehicle. Always ride with caution to avoid falls or collisions.
- A Birdie should only be assembled by an adult.
- Adults must help with initial set up and adjustment of handlebar to appropriate height.
- Ride on smooth, paved surfaces away from motor vehicles.
- Only 1 child per Birdie at any one time.
- Replace worn or broken parts immediately.
- Do not modify your Birdie.
- Do not leave outdoors as moisture will corrode metal parts over time.
- Do not ride around areas with sharp bumps, drainage grates, and sudden surface changes. Scooter may suddenly stop.
- Ensure your child does not ride down any steep hills or exceed speeds of 5km/h (3mph).
- Do not ride around roads, paths, or places with motor vehicle traffic. Follow local traffic rules and regulations. Watch out for pedestrians.
- Do not allow your child to ride at night.
- Do not ride on sandy, rough, icy, wet, or uneven surfaces.
- Do not touch after braking, as it will get hot after continuous use.

Care for your Birdie
Use warm soapy water to clean any dirt off your child's Birdie. DO NOT use alcohol or cleaning agents on your child's Birdie.

- Please note that all orders must be received before 1pm from Monday to Friday to qualify for next working day delivery.
- For e.g, orders placed before 1pm on Monday will reach you by Tuesday 10pm.
- For e.g, orders placed after 1pm on Monday will reach you by Wednesday 10pm.
International delivery charges and delivery duration depends on where you are!

We work with reputable air freight couriers who will be able to deliver your order within 7 business days.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
All purchases are final, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Please rest assure that every product has been carefully inspected to ensure that our customers have a great shopping experience with us.
In the rare event that you receive a defective item (i.e. broken or nonfunctioning product), kindly reach out to us at email@example.com 7 days of receiving your purchase.
If you notice something defective about your purchase, you have 7 days after receiving your order to request for an exchange.
If you would like to exchange a defective product, kindly email us your exchange request at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of your order being delivered.
Kindly indicate your order number and photos of the item/s that you wish to return.
Your request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Should your exchange request for a defective product be approved, we will arrange for an exchange of item/s via email or mobile. If we are unable to exchange the item/s, we will then refund your purchase in the form of store vouchers.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds, exchanges and returns.
Items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted.
